Lightly toned with vertical crease to center. Fine or close to it. 21 Articles dated Dec. 1804. Signed manuscript note to bottom half of p. 12. : "Hillsborough fs Court of Common pleas March term 1805. At a bar meeting March 24th Upted unanimously to accept the foregoing regulations Attest Ch H Atherton [Seely?]". Later ownership inscription to title and back cover: "H.
